Listed below is our process:
- We arrive on time in uniform along with our lettered company vehicle and duct cleaning trailer.
- After introducing ourselves and putting down runners in your home, we proceed to set up our equipment inside the home and out side the home.
- We remove the blower assembly out of each furnace disassemble and wash.
- Isolate the system so that we clean one side at a time so that we do not contaminate the side that has been cleaned.
- Using our high power central vacuum out side and our high pressure air whip tooling system to agitate and clean the duct work inside, we clean all duct work back to the main duct work in the basement, crawl space or attic.
- We then clean the main duct work in the basement, crawl space or attic back to the furnace.
- We air wash all registers both supply and return.
- We air wash the furnace heat exchanger.
- We repeat the cleaning process on the other half of the system that has not been cleaned.
- Upon completion of the cleaning, we then go through the same procedures and deoderize all duct work with our fogging machine to freshen the air extensively.
- Finalize cleaning the bottom of the furnace and all other duct work around the blower area.
- Re-install the blower assembly and wire.
- Metal patch, screw, and metal tape main openings and plastic plug secondary openings.
- Run system and check operations, and cleanup all areas
- Analyze comfort system and give detailed suggestions to upgrade or repair system if needed.
